Welcome to Happy Picasso Art Studio! Please review our policies to ensure a delightful experience for everyone.
Registration Process
- Complete the registration form using the QR code provided after your trial class
- Contact our front desk in person, by email, or by phone to inquire about class availability
- Once confirmed, proceed with QR code registration
Important: Initial 3-month contract period. During the contract period, termination of classes is not allowed.

- Art supplies (excluding drawing pads) included in all classes
- Monthly payments due on the 2nd of each month
- Autopay automatically set up with Square payment processing
Make-Up Class Policy
- Students are eligible for make-up classes when they miss a session
- Make-up classes must be attended during the same week to align with curriculum
- Recording of missed class will be provided as alternative
- Link to recording sent to email address on file
New drawings are introduced every Wednesday in our classes
No Credit or Refund Policy
- No credit issued or refund provided for missed classes
- Make-up classes offer opportunity to catch up on material
- No-refund and no-credit policy remains in effect regardless of circumstances
This policy applies to all situations without exception
Summer Break
Class pausing allowed during summer months (June - August). Maximum pause duration: 3 weeks.
Late Pick-up
15-minute grace period provided. Additional charges apply beyond grace period.
Termination
TWO WEEKS advance notice required. $80 termination fee applies without proper notice.
