Free trial class
We request a parent/guardian or adult family member stay in the classroom to observe the Free trial class. Once a student begins regular classes we do not allow parents or family members to stay (unless there are very special circumstances that have been discussed with the teacher ahead of time).
Make-up classes
A maximum of two makeup classes may be arranged per Month, regardless of the reason for these makeups. We cannot reschedule a prearranged or missed makeup class.
appy Picasso must be informed hours n advance, so that we can schedule the makeup classes. Classes missed without proper notice are not able to be arranged for makeup.
Children Policy
All parents/guardians and/or siblings that stay at the studio during their child's class, are respectful and will not cause INTERRUPTIONS to the students in the class. Please be sure to always dropoff and pickup your child on time. Happy Picasso is NOT responsible for the supervision of your child after the hours of their class. Your cooperation is essential.
Registration for any class is filled on a first-come first-served basis. The maximum enrollment in each class is 12 students. Classes must have a minimum of 5 students enrolled in order to start the class. Happy Picasso has the right to cancel any class that does not meet the enrollment minimum; in this event you will receive a full refund. There is a $50 registration fee for all the new students.
Registration policy
To guarantee yourself a seat at our events we require payment at the time of sign up. We request all tuitions to be paid by credit card. We recommend every parents to sign up for auto payment.
Payment Policy
A drawing pad is required for each class. You can buy one for $16 dollars from us. If you forget to bring the drawing pad to the class, you can buy a drawing paper $1 from of of our teachers.
